May 2026 update integrates 25 AlphaSense broker-research threads into a Seven Forces synthesis, with the toll-collector positions, the workflow-runtime moat, vendor capture stabilizing at 5–15%, and a $2 to 4 billion AI ARR ceiling per regulated SoR vendor.
